Quick sign-up process

Simply fill in our application form and we’ll set up an account for your school, education establishment or local authority. From there you can either order yourselves quickly and easily through the website using your credit account and taking advantage of our flexible credit terms or you can email through your Purchase Orders to your Account Manager (business@cartridgepeople.com) to process.

Net monthly credit, 0% interest

We offer Net monthly credit terms and provide flexible credit limits with a 0% interest rate. Please be aware that payment must be received by the end of the following month of the invoice.

No contracts or hidden charges

We’ll never tie you into a contract when you sign up for a business account. We recognise that when you’re buying office supplies, you want to do so without having to worry about any hidden clauses. For that reason, we’ve decided to offer accounts without the need for a contract.

Spend £35 or more for free delivery on your order

We offer free, tracked delivery when you spend £35 or more. Most deliveries arrive within 2 days after dispatch. However please allow up to 5 days for delivery before contacting us. This service uses multiple carriers such as Evri and DPD depending on size and weight restrictions. DPD delivery methods are available on most orders and this will be offered at the checkout when available. If you choose one of these options on a normal working day, your order will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 6:00pm. The expected delivery day will also be shown in the checkout when ordering.

Tracked DPD Next Working Day Pre-12:00 – £9.99

  • Tracked DPD Next Working Day Pre-10:30 – £15.99
  • Tracked DPD Saturday Delivery – £9.99

    • We also offer a Priority Dispatch Tracked service for £4.99 or £3.99 if your basket total is £35 or more. This option will be offered at the checkout as an upgrade when available. If you choose this option on a normal working day, we guarantee your order will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 9.00pm. This service uses multiple carriers such as Evri and DPD depending on size and weight restriction. 97% of orders arrive next working day, but please allow up to 2 working days for delivery.

    Lowest online prices

    We monitor our competitors’ prices on a daily basis to ensure we offer our customers the best possible prices. We do this by analysing online retailers directly and where they appear via Google Shopping and price comparison websites. In the unlikely event that you do find a product at a lower price through a UK based online retailer, we will refund 100% of the difference up to 30 days after your purchase. Terms and Conditions apply.

    How long does it take to process my application?
    We typically respond to applications within one working day. Our office is open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
    What are your payment terms?
    We offer Net Monthly credit terms (payment must be received by the end of the following month of the invoice). We provide flexible credit limits with a 0% interest rate.
    How do I order using my credit account?
    After your first order has been placed you are then able to place any future orders online, by phone with your dedicated account management team or email us your Purchase Order.
    Can I send orders to different addresses?
    Yes. You can set up multiple addresses under your account so that your supplies get sent to the places that need them.
    Is there a minimum spend for my account?
    There is no minimum spend for your account. If your account is inactive for 3 months then we may contact you to ensure that your details are still correct.
    Is there a minimum term contract?
    Not at all. However, we are proud of our exceptional service and offer the lowest prices to ensure you won’t want to go anywhere else. If we have not received any orders from you within 3 months we will endeavour to contact you to see if there is anything we can help you with and that we have up to date account details.
