Cartridge People Partners With Empties Please

We’re excited to share that Cartridge People has officially partnered with Empties Please to offer our customers an additional, eco-friendly printer cartridge recycling service.

Empties Please: Helping You Recycle Printer Cartridges Responsibly

As part of this new partnership, Empties Please will now become the official recommended recycler for Cartridge People. This means that in addition to being able to buy your printer consumables, you’ll also have a point of contact when it comes to your recycling.

Empties Please has built a strong reputation over the years for helping schools and businesses across the UK reduce their environmental impact by recycling used printer cartridges. Their work not only supports sustainability but also helps raise money for charity.

How the Free Empties Please Recycling Scheme Works

Signing up to the recycling scheme is completely free. Once you’re all signed up and registered, you’ll receive a recycling bin and welcome pack from Empties Please. The pack will tell you everything you need to get started. Including more information about the recycling scheme and full details of what ink and toner cartridges can be accepted.

A Word from Cartridge People

Speaking about how the new partnership and how it will help Cartridge People customers, Key Account Manager, Terri Broughton (pictured right) said:

“This is an exciting new development that means that we can offer a wider service to customers as we can now help them recycle printer consumables in addition to purchasing them from the Cartridge People website. Throughout 2020, more and more businesses and schools have turned to us for their office supplies and so we’re delighted to now be going that one step further by providing an eco-friendly way of disposing with cartridges once they’ve been used. We understand the challenges that have faced businesses throughout this year and with more difficult times ahead, we’re determined to help our customers to manage their printing more effectively.

What’s Next?

We’ll be keeping you up-to-date you with the latest developments in our partnership with Empties Please. Cartridge People customers, including schools and businesses, can make use of this reliable, eco-conscious service.
