Cartridge People Named Top Laser Toner Brand In Which? Survey

A Which? survey has named Cartridge People as the best laser toner brand. The results from the survey, published in July 2021 gave Cartridge People a ‘customer score’ of 81% putting us at the top of their table ahead of the likes of Brother, Samsung, Canon, HP and Cartridge World.

Throughout the pandemic, Cartridge People Own Brand products have been used to support home workers and in recent months, have been used in offices as many return to the workplace. In a year that’s also seen Cartridge People win awards, this is another indication of the trust consumers are placing with us when it comes to managing their print costs.

In an article publishing their survey results, Which? said: “Big brand names tend to dominate the toner market – most laser printer users buy branded toner because the third-party choice is more limited. However, you can find compatible and remanufactured toner cartridges, sometimes at a fraction of the price of original alternatives. If you’re worried about having problems with third-party toner, in our survey 85% of people never experienced any issues at all with the best-rated compatible toner supplier.” The best-rated compatible toner supplier was then named as Cartridge People.

In their results, we were awarded five stars for print quality, ease of use and value for money.
