Colourful Friday and CMYK Monday Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Here are the terms and conditions for our Colourful Black Friday and CMYK Monday daily free prize draw.

1. The free draw will run from 25/11/2024 to 02/12/2024 inclusive.

2. There are 8 prizes available to win in total, which are: 

  • Monday, 25th November 2024: x1 Nanoleaf Lights Shapes Hexagons Starter Kit (15 Panels). Prize will be drawn, and winner notified on Tuesday, 26th November 2024.
  • Tuesday, 26th November 2024: Sony WH-CH720 Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Wireless On-Ear Headphones with Mic/ Remote, Black. Prize will be drawn, and winner notified on Wednesday, 27th November 2024. 
  • Wednesday, 27th November 2024: DELONGHI Dedica EX685BK Coffee Machine – Black. Prize will be drawn, and winner notified on Thursday, 28th November 2024. 
  • Thursday, 28th November 2024: Sonos Era 100 Smart Speaker with Voice Control, Black. Prize will be drawn, and winner notified on Friday, 28th November 2024. 
  • Friday, 29th November 2024: HISENSE 55U7KQTUK 55″ Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR Mini-LED TV with Amazon Alexa. Prize will be drawn, and due to our marketing team not working on weekends, winner notified on Monday, 2nd December 2024.
  • Saturday, 30th November 2024: Shark Matrix Plus 2-in-1 Self-Empty Robot Vacuum & Mop RV2620WAUK. Prize will be drawn, and due to our marketing team not working on weekends, winner notified on Monday, 2nd December 2024.
  • Sunday, 1st December 2024: Ninja AF140 Air Fryer PRO, Black. Prize will be drawn, and due to our marketing team not working on weekends, winner notified on Monday, 2nd December 2024.
  • Monday, 2nd December 2024: Google Total Security Package including Nest Doorbell (battery) + Nest Cam (battery) + Nest Hub Max. Prize will be drawn, and winner notified on Tuesday, 3rd December 2024. 

There will only be one of each of these prizes available to win each day between the campaign dates. 

3. Entrants will only be eligible to win a prize on the date that they purchased between the campaign dates. At midnight on each day whilst the campaign is running, the list of entries will be reset. All entries must be received by midnight on the date ordered in order to qualify for a chance to win that day’s prize.  If you wish to participate, but do not want to purchase at this time, you can enter via our free entry route here. Entries are limited to one entry per person per day. 

4. Entries are limited to one entry per person per day. To enter the free draw more than once, entrants would need to make a subsequent purchase on a different day(s) between the campaign dates. If you do not want to purchase at this time, you can enter via our free entry route here.  

5. It is a condition of entry that Cartridge People reserves the right to publish the names of the winners on our website, social media and marketing emails. 

6. Winners will also be asked to post a photograph of themselves with their prize on social media and/or email to Cartridge People. Winner’s photographs will also be shared to Cartridge People’s social media pages, website and marketing newsletters. By entering this free draw, you agree for your image to be used in this way, free of charge, in accordance with these terms. 

7. If you do not wish to enter the free draw, you can opt out on the order confirmation page or via our opt out form.

8. The winners of the free draw will be picked using a random number generator from all the eligible qualifying entrants. Winners are responsible for ensuring that they are able to accept their prize as set out in accordance with these terms within 10 working days of email or telephone notification. In the event that the prize isn’t claimed after 10 working days, Cartridge People reserve the right to select another winner from the remaining eligible entries. The winners drawn by the random number generator are final and no correspondence will be entered into with any individual who seeks to challenge the decision made. 

9. Winners will be notified via email and will be asked to provide a postal address to send their prize to. 

10. This free draw is not open to employees of The Cartridge People Ltd, or any other group companies. 

11. This free draw is being run by The Cartridge People Ltd, Unit 13 Orion Park, University Way, Crewe, CW1 6NG. 

12. The Cartridge People Ltd reserves the right to amend these rules and prizes at any time. 

13. The Cartridge People Ltd shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any individual taking part or not being able to take part in the free draw. 

14. The Cartridge People Ltd will not be held liable for any failure to fulfil the prizes where the failure is caused by something outside our reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, pandemics, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. 

15. The prizes are as stated, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Cartridge People reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize (or any element of it) become unavailable for any reason (including, but not limited to, any circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic). 

16. In all matters, the Directors of Cartridge People Ltd decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

17. By entering this free draw, an entrant is indicating his/ her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and entry is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

18. This free draw is open to UK & Channel Island residents only. 

19. Entrants must be aged 18 or over to enter. 

Please Note: The Cartridge People does not supply products to wholesalers or resellers and reserves the right to cancel orders it believes are placed with the intent to resell. This includes any individual or business who are print service providers and therefore do not qualify as an end user.

Free promotional gift with all orders 

From Monday, 25th November 2024 until Monday, 2nd December 2024, we will be offering a free promotional gift to everyone who places an order*. These free promotional gifts are unrelated to the free daily prize draw. The free promotional gift may include one randomly picked Cartridge People branded item from the following: Sticky notes, yellow highlighter pen, playing cards, tape measure, cotton shopper bag, A6 notepad.

* The small proportion of orders that are supplied through our distribution partners will receive £3 account credit and not a free gift. This account credit will be applied within 14 days at the end of the promotion.
