In the unlikely event that you do find a product at a lower price through a UK-based retailer, we will refund 110% of the difference up to 7 days after your purchase.
In the unlikely event you need to take us up on our Price Promise, simply email customerservice@cartridgepeople.com with the following details:
- Name and Telephone Number
- Order Number
- Product code of the item you’ve found cheaper
- The website address of the product page on the competitor’s website where the item is cheaper
- If claiming against a lower price instore, details of where the item can be found cheaper and supporting evidence

Terms and Conditions
- The product offered by another retailer must be exactly the same brand, model and specification that we are selling. Compatible ink and toner products are excluded.
- Only applies to products that are in stock, available for delivery, sold in the UK and have VAT included.
- Excludes items which are offered as part of: a clearance, special promotion or discount, including through a retailer-specific voucher or volume purchase.
- The cost of the product and delivery from another retailer must be cheaper than our product and delivery price to qualify.
- Prices must be visible to everybody, not just a subset of customers. In the case of an online retailer, the price must be viewable when navigating directly to the retailer’s website.
The product must be available from a business with a UK registered VAT number.
