Cartridge People is a fantastic company to do with business with. Their compatible cartridges are good quality and easily equal branded products. Delivery is swift and efficient. Recently I had need to deal with their Customer Services department (nothing to do with their services or products I hasten to add). Their responses were quick, polite and clearly demonstrated they had listened to their customer’s needs. The matter was dealt with courteously and swiftly. In summary, this company is great to do business with and some of the ‘bigger players’ in the marketplace would do well to observe and learn from the high standards set by the Cartridge People.

I placed an order on Thursday Evening and received it first thing on Saturday morning. I have never had a service like this before, me being in the Channel Islands. I must recommend you to all I know. I will put your name up on the board at work.

In the past I tried many companies and had many problems, until I found Cartridge People. I have now been a customer of Cartridge People for many years and would not use any other company, even if they were cheaper, as service is just as important as cost. The quality of service I have received has been outstanding. I run 3 printers and only on one occasion did I receive a faulty item, this was replaced immediately with a reply paid envelope to return the faulty item so that they could find the fault and ensure that their top quality could be maintained in future. I would only recommend this company.

My wife and I have used "The Cartridge People" for years and have found your company to be very easy to deal with, we just give you a call, I tell you what printer it is, you tell us which cartridge is the right one (original or after market) and we pay by card on a secure line. The cartridge arrives usually 2-3 days later. We generally can't afford the original makes, but the equivalent ones which you supply are absolutely excellent and in our opinion are easily as good, at sometimes half the price. We're not business people, we just enjoy our PC and our little HP printer and we're happy to have found a supplier who provides such wonderful service. Congratulations, "Cartridge People!"
